Part of the many sacrifices of motherhood is the changes in your body. After birth, you’re not really going to lose the bulk of your baby weight that easily. It’s inevitable and definitely needs a lot of hard work!

And while that belly pooch is an evident proof of your many sacrifices, many new moms would give everything and do anything just to drop it off and get back their old body. That’s something we understand that’s why I came up with this exercise perfect for you!
