Time for some Squats challenge! When it comes to the Lower Body area, ver few exercises can actually beat the classic Squats.

When you do Squats you’re involving your Butt muscles, your Quadriceps and Calves (Leg muscles) while also using your stability skills.

The bottom line is that Squats should not be avoided from your regular workouts, especially if you’re working out at home. Squats are simple to do and require no special equipment, weights or gym. Just your body-weight and persistence.

The 50 Squats Challenge is a great workout to do, because the reps are high enough to make a positive impact on your Butt and Legs muscles, and it also allows you to test your limits, so to speak.
