Lower body seems to be a problem area for a lot of people. Either it accumulated to much fat and people are looking to get rid of it, or it is to small/skinny and people want to lift it and make it more round.
Either way, today’s workout is designed specifically for this cases. It contains simple, 1-minute exercises followed by blocks of rest time.
