Has the thought of exercising after a meal ever crossed your mind? If not, I’m here to tell you that you CAN workout after having a meal. Especially after dinner when your body needs to rest and your system is slowly going into rest mode that you think your body is no longer working to burn calories, but it’s not! Your body is still actually burning calories in your sleep and this new workout is the perfect example of that.

Our body gets its energy from the food we eat. So if you exercise consistently after dinner, or after every meal, your body will start understanding that it doesn’t need to store the energy as fat but rather, it needs to spend it and burn it all!

Remember, this is a complementary workout to your routine. You should keep training consistently 4-5 days per week to make sure you burn all the calories you get from food.
