Their intentions are good but they are constrained by time. The schedule is always busy!

Well this is the reason I created this half-an-hour weightloss routine. You can easily fit this routine in your busy schedule, maybe evening at home, or early in the morning.

They key here is to be disciplined and don’t skip too many days. Four to five days per week to work out should be excellent, if you could manage them.

The workout structure is built so that it maximizes your effort and time, and you end up burning the most calories in the least amount of time.
