Fasting is an excellent opportunity for you to get in better shape and stay lean. That’s because when you fast you are automatically creating a calorie deficit that your body needs to re-balance.

And it does so by burning layers of extra fat from your body and transforming it into energy for your muscles.

When you fast you naturally have less energy to do all the exercises you normally do to stay in shape. And you need a special workout to adjust to your low energy levels, but still be effective and help you maintain your shape.

That’s the reason I created this Fasting Workout. It has a slower pace, longer recovery time and is much easier to do when you’re fasting.
