2-Week Flat Belly Workout Challenge: Lose Stomach Fat At Home

Fact: If you lose weight through exercise, that means that you’ve burned fat in areas where you have excess fat. That is because your body decides where it’s going to store fat deposits from the food you eat and your body also decides in which part of your body it’s going to burn the fat from when you exercise. But one more wonderful thing our body does is that it burns fat in our bodies in a calculated way in that we don’t end up with a skinny lower body and a fatty upper body, or vice versa!

Today’s workout video is centered in our core to lose fat in our stomach and achieve a flat tummy. This workout is a 14-day challenge which means that you have to exercise on  a daily basis in the next 2 weeks to actually see results. This is a 12-min video that aims to work your belly and your lower body while also torching the fat all over your body, making your muscles stronger and improving your body’s metabolism!

These routines are a bit challenging but beginners are welcome to try. Just remember that if your body is not used to exercising or doing activities that require a lot of muscle movement, you may feel some muscle pain in your stomach area. That’s normal, but if the pain persists, just take it easy and stop if you need to. Take a break and resume once your body is ready.
