In today’s video workout, I want to show you how you can burn thigh and leg fat so you can and wear those shorts and skinny jeans that you’ve hidden at the back of your closet! This exercise is focused on your lower body  so you’ll be moving your thigh and leg muscles plus your glutes, too! So if you’ve got some extra fat in there, you can burn them with this workout as well.

This is an easy exercise video–all reps are done in one minute followed by a rest period and then another one-minute routine again; there are about 5-6 routines in this video. Try as much as you can to do this workout on a daily basis. That’s the best way to see results in just a few short weeks. It may differ for some, depending on your current weight, age, gender, metabolism, and on how hard you train but you may expect to see some changes in about 3-4 weeks of daily exercise.
