If you really want to get a firmer butt and more toned thighs, I want to challenge you today to do this exercise daily for one week. This is the 7-day firm legs and butt challenge!

For 14mins everyday, do this workout and work your core and your lower body to strengthen your muscles and burn the calories in that area. Once you do, you will begin dropping off fat not only in your thighs, legs, and butt, but since you’re working hard and sweating a lot, you’re also burning fat in other areas of your body where there’s excess fat! Which means that even though this workout is more of a targeted weight loss workout, more than anything, this will help you burn calories and lose weight all over your body!
