Okay Roberta fam, this beginner home workout is super easy to follow. Full body stuff, low impact, not too crazy so you won’t be exhausted after five minutes. There are rest times between exercises so you can actually finish it without hating life. It’s perfect if you’re new or just wanna ease into working out at home and maybe start losing some weight too.
Move at your own pace and just feel each exercise. Don’t worry about doing it perfectly, just do it. Over time your muscles will feel stronger and you’ll actually look forward to doing it. Small steps count big, honestly. Good luck and have fun! ❤️💪
