This no equipment workout is great if you want something quick and simple for belly fat burning at home. It hits the lower and upper belly which helps you feel more balanced through the whole core area. The short breaks in between give you a little time to reset but still keep the pace moving just enough. It stays very approachable for beginners since the movements don’t get too complicated.
