Not gonna lie, I didn’t think this would hit that hard but wow. A couple minutes in and my legs were talking to me, arms not far behind. I didn’t even need to drag out any gear, just cleared some space in my living room and got going. By the end I was sweaty but in a “this was worth it” kind of way.
