So let’s say that you’re not a fan of push-ups. Me neither sometimes. That’s why I made this workout for those days when you’re not in the mood for push-ups but still want to do something for your upper body. It’s really about working smarter, not always going hard. This one helps if you’ve got wrist pain too, but still want to tone and feel like you did something.
