Okay so I kept telling myself I’d “start next week” like 12 times before I finally did this one. This 3-week plan made it easier because it’s short, focused, and feels doable.
You’ll hit squats, donkey kicks, thigh lifts and all the stuff that actually tightens and tones the lower body. I swear it sneaks up on you and you’ll feel it, but in a good way. It’s made for real people, not just gym pros.
