Alright, if you’ve been needing something to snap you out of a slump, this workout should do it. It’s not super long but it’s got the right amount of intensity to get your heart going and your body actually feeling alive again. No fluff, just real movement.
We’ve got stuff like Side Lunge Windmills, Running in Place, and Snow Angels squeezed in between short rests so you stay active the whole time. It’s sweaty, it’s simple, and you don’t need anything but a little space.
