This routine is perfect if you’re short on time but still wanna move your body. No need to unroll mats or clear out space. You can do it in your bedroom, living room, wherever. It’s all bodyweight, and still leaves you feeling like you really did something.

Expect moves like Cross Jump Jacks and Oblique Twist Squats to keep you moving the whole time. It’s high-energy but still manageable with the short rest breaks between each set. Your heart rate stays up and your muscles stay active.
