Trying to slim down that waist but everything feels like too much? I get it. So I made this 3-week challenge that’s actually doable and doesn’t need any gym or tools. It’s all about simple moves that hit the core where it counts.

You’ll be doing things like Bird Dog, Cat and Cow, and Lift Bike Left and Right. These are bodyweight workouts you can repeat and feel stronger each day. And yes, you’ll get short breaks too, cause you need to breathe!
