We’ll begin with Arm Circles and Arm Crossover to warm up and get your muscles ready. Next is moves liek Chest fly, Back Squeeze and Lateral Arm Circle will sculpt your chest and support better posture. For arm strength, we’ve got Push Up, Pike PushUps and Tricep Dips to work your triceps. Functional moves like Side Pushes and Side Push Ups improve arm balance and stability and the T Plank strengthens your core and stabilizes your shoulders. The routine repeats once, minus the T Plank, for an endurance boost.
