Get ready to hit that core! Planks are simple but they work your whole body and improve your posture by strengthening your core.

We start with Bird Dogs to activate your core and balance. Then it’s straight into a Plank to fire up that core. After that, we hit some Side Plank Pulses to target your obliques, followed by a T Plank to work on balance. We’ll keep the core burning with Plank Reaches and U Boat Crunches for lower abs. Next, we work the upper body with Punches, Plank Press, Plank Slaps to improve coordination and strength.

Then we hit the repetition phase, building endurance and strength. We finish with some Plank Reaches for that final challenge. Stay consistent with this routine to burn fat, tone up and build strength. You’ve got this! Good luck and have fun! ❤️💪
