We kick things off with Arm Circles and Arm Crossovers to get your muscles warmed up. Then it’s on to Push Ups, Pike Push Ups and Side Push, which targets your chest, shoulders and triceps. For chest sculpting, there’s Chest Fly and Triangle Fly. Back Squeeze and Supermans work on strengthening your back and Windmill and T Plank bring in some core action to keep everything balanced.
