Today’s workout contains upper body, lower body, and core exercises that you should do everyday if you want to burn fat quickly and start seeing results in as early as one week. These exercises work great because they enable your body to create a small caloric deficit that lead to fat burn and weight loss results.

This workout does not guarantee that you’ll already be slim and fit by the end of the 7th day, however. It doesn’t work that way, I’m afraid.
