To lose overall body weight, you have to make major lifestyle changes. You have to start eating healthy food, eliminate grains and sugar from your diet, live an active lifestyle, and exercise on a daily basis. You have to dedicate a certain amount of your time to working out and stay committed to it to really see results!

Today, I want to challenge you to do this 45-min full body workout which is intended to be done 3-4x a week to really burn those calories and lose weight!

This is quite an intensive workout not only because of the routines but even so because of the amount of time you’re going to put in. The routines I included in this video are a combination of easy and difficult, so expect that it’s going to work your entire body. It’s a perfect combination of the best exercises to burn calories and make you lose weight!
