Look, if you want to lose weight fast at home then you absolutely need to exercise with intensive body-weight exercises. These will boost up your metabolism and convert your body into a calorie-burning machine.

That’s because when you exercise intensively you body needs more energy to feed the muscles. And it takes that energy from burning calories and “melting” the fat layers it deposited.

But intensive exercises need to be combined with easier exercises and also short amount of rest time, in order to create that alternating effect.
