A full body workout is necessary in order to see overall weight loss results and to maintain a healthy and fit body. Working your full body allows you to improve your heart’s function, your body’s metabolism, your muscles’ strength, and your overall endurance. It also helps with your mental and emotional improvement because exercise require a whole lot of discipline and personal motivation!

With today’s exercise, I’ll be showing you how burpees, squats, and pushups can help you lose overall weight and target beneath layers and layers of your body fat!
