1-Minute Standing Exercises To Lose Weight

We’ve listened to your feedback. We heard a lot of people tell us that they would prefer a special workout with only “standing” exercises. They simply don’t like lying on the floor performing Hell Touches or Crunches!

And I feel for them. Sometimes having to sit down and then stand back up can be distracting and you lose focus from actually performing the workout itself.

That’s why today’s video workout is a set of the best standing exercises, very easy, no special equipment required. Each exercise lasts for about 1 minute so it’s a very good routine to do if your goal is to burn some extra fat and get rid of that excess weight!

Just make sure you perform this workout regularly if you want to see good resuts!
