If you want to have good slimming results you just need to exercise more, everyday. If you burn more calories than you actually consume or eat then you will create a caloric deficit. This caloric deficit will force your body to start burning its fat deposits that it stored on your belly, legs, butt or arms.

But for this to happen you need to exercise more everyday and you need to cut back on the amount of calories you consume daily.

Today’s exercises will help tone your belly and glutes in order to make your abs more visible and your butt more pronounced!

These exercises are easy but they last for 30 mins so if you’re a beginner, this may not be recommended for you. But of course you can try and do it! It’s best to do this workout for 3-4x a week instead of doing it on a daily basis.
