This short and simple workout routine is perfect if you’re looking to burn fat from you Butt and Thighs, and your lower body in general.

It’s a necessary routine to do because our body seems to prefer to store fat deposits in that specific region.

Yes, a little more “meat” here and there might look attractive and even sexy, but more of it definitely represents a health risk, let alone that is simply doesn’t look good.

That’s the reason I created this workout routine.
