Today’s workout is all about the legs. We’re working the thighs, calves, glutes, and inner legs with simple no equipment exercises you can do at home anytime. It’s beginner friendly but trust me, your lower body is definitely gonna feel this one by the end.
The nice thing with workouts like this is you can go at your own pace without pressure. Pause when needed, grab water, then jump back in again. Small progress is still progress. Good luck and have fun! ❤️💪
