Here is another HIIT workout video for you! Today’s video is a 30 minute high-intensity workout routine that is guaranteed to keep your heart rate up while burning calories and building and strengthening your muscles.

HIIT workouts are effective because it makes your body work to its maximum capacity making you burn more calories in less time! I have added intervals in between–these intervals will give you a higher after-burn effect which simply means that you still continue to burn calories even after your workout is over!

Just remember to give your body time to recover to truly reap the benefits of this workout. You can’t do this workout everyday, though. It’s a vigorous workout so you need to avoid doing back-to-back sessions. Instead, do this 3-4x a week. This way you can give yourself enough time to recover and come back for more!
