Today’s exercise will help you lose belly fat as it targets the fat in your core area. The exercises in this video are intended to work your core muscles to burn the fat in your stomach by making you do cardio routines–these are exercises that you know can really speed up your metabolism and increase your heart rate, thus making you burn more fat as you do the workout.
This is a workout that contains 1-min exercises. These exercises are combined to make an 8-min workout that is very much challenging and high-intensity but definitely effective and really exciting to do! You can do this on a daily basis if your belly fat is the only body issue you want to focus on but if you wish to lose body fat as well, you can combine this exercise with your usual daily routine.
