15 Min Intense Full Body Fat Burning Workout // No Jumping

I’ve received a lot of comments on our YouTube channel requesting for exercises that burn the most fat. I’ve uploaded a lot of them and there’s a variety of videos you can choose from in the playlists that we have. There are videos that will make you do more work in a lesser amount of time, while there are videos that maximize your workout session by giving you exercises that last for 15 mins or more with easy and doable exercises.

Today’s video is a 15-min workout challenge that will make you burn calories and yield an overall weight loss result by using just body-weight exercises. This will work your entire body from your upper to your lower body and will burn fat in every aspect and area where your hidden fats are lying! They’re not all hard to do, in fact, the exercises in this video are very doable even for beginners. But what might be challenging is the amount of time you’re actually going to spend on this workout. A 15-minute workout session is pretty challenging and will really make you catch your breath to say the least!

If you can do this on a daily basis, feel free to do so, otherwise, 3 to 4x a week should be enough. As long as you stay healthy by eating a proper diet, staying active, and exercising on a regular basis. Good luck and let’s get started!❤️💪
