Not gonna lie, upper body workouts at home used to feel kinda awkward for me, but this 26 minute one actually flows pretty well. You don’t need anything, just some space and a bit of patience. It’s simple but you’ll feel your arms and upper back working pretty early on, especially if you stay honest with the movements.

It mostly hits your arms, shoulders, and that upper back area people always talk about, and it also kinda helps with posture without you noticing it at first.
