Here is another summer body workout you can do just in time for swimsuit season!!

The exercises in this workout are quite intensive and since it’s a 23-min workout, this may be a little challenging for beginners. But as always, I’m not discouraging you to try it out!

These routines more focused on your core and lower body to make you really feel that burn in the targeted areas here like your belly and legs. All these exercises are guaranteed to boost your metabolism and spike your heart rate given that they’re all cardio and strength routines!

You can do this workout on a daily basis but I suggest that you do this workout about 3-4x a week since it’s an extended workout session. You can add this to your regular workout routine or do it as a stand-alone workout.
