Losing weight is not an instantaneous process and it takes time… a lot of time.

Months, sometime even years!

This workout is specifically designed to burn fat at home and give you good results in about one month. But for this routine to work you need to exercise consistently 4-5 days per week. If you have time then exercise every day of the week, why not?!
