Workout To Do If You Sit All Day

In today’s world, people mostly have a seated lifestyle.

They sleep in a bed. They have breakfast seated. They drive to work seated. They work seated.

Almost everything we do – we do it seated on a chair/couch/carseat/sofa etc.

This sedentary lifestyle ends up affecting our muscles in a negative way – since they’re not being used anymore! And it also affects our circulation.

So with this idea in mind I have created an excellent (in my opinion) workout that will address these issue and will help you reverse the negative effects of a sedentary lifestyle!

Do this workout whenever and wherever you can – but you must do it on a daily basis and be consistent about it!
