To lose overall body weight, you have to make major lifestyle changes. You have to start eating healthy food, eliminate grains and sugar from your diet, live an active lifestyle, and exercise on a daily basis. You have to dedicate at least 10 mins of your time to working out and stay committed to it to really see results!

Today, I want to challenge you to do this exercise video. This is not a 10-min workout video. This routine lasts for about 23 mins (rest times included) and is intended to be done 3-4x a week, if not daily. That is if you really want to burn those calories and lose weight!

This is quite an intensive workout. The routines I included in this video are a combination of easy and difficult, so expect that it’s going to work your entire body and your major muscle groups. It’s a perfect combination of the best exercises to burn calories and make you lose weight and drop 10 POUNDS! Yes, 10 pounds!
