No more awkwardly waiting around for someone to finish using the machines so you can get your turn. No. Today’s workout is purely body-weight and can easily be done at home!

Now since this is a 17-minute workout, it may be too long and too intense to be done on a daily basis so a 3-4x session should be good. But if you’re feeling up for it and your body can take it, you can also try doing it on a daily basis. Either way, you have to stay committed to it and eat a healthy diet along with it.
