Upper Body Workout for Lean Arms, Chest, Shoulders

Upper body workouts really don’t need a lot going on to work. This routine focuses on arms, chest, and shoulders and keeps things pretty simple the whole way through. You can feel what you’re doing while you’re doing it, which is honestly my favorite kind of workout. There’s a lot of focus on control and posture, slowing things down instead of rushing, and that makes it work well as a home workout when you don’t want chaos.

You might feel tired before it ends and that’s fine. Some days you’ll feel strong, some days not so much. Just finishing the routine matters. Staying consistent matters more than anything else. Good luck and have fun! ❤️💪
