Got bad posture? This 13 minute stretch routine is perfect for loosening up tight muscles and improving your aligment. We got some 12 easy moves that’ll help you feel more relaxed and stand taller.
We start off with Arm Circles and Arm Crossovers. Easy moves to warm up your shoulders and chest. Then we do some Back Stretch, Back Squeeze and Cat and Cow to loosen up your spine and shoulders. After that, we do some Arm Stretches to keep those upper body muscles relaxed.
Next phase is Baby Pose, Cobra, and Bird Dog, these help with your core and get your back moving more freely. Finally, we finish with Leg Pulls and Leg Drops, strengthening your lower body and helping with pelvic posture.
