It has many side effects, one of which is weight gain, due to the hormonal imbalance. It is an unfortunate consequence but it needs to be addressed if you want to look good and get in shape.
I’ve been requested to do a PCOS workout routine for a long time now, and today I finally decided to upload this particular routine.
