No Jumping Workout: Full Body Fat Burn Exercises

In today’s video workout I have included easy body-weight exercises that are easy yet effective for working your muscles. They’re all body weight exercises which means that they don’t need you to use any equipment. Plus, these exercises don’t include any jumping so you’re sure to enjoy this workout without exerting that much effort. 

It’s an effective low impact workout program perfect for beginners to help you get lean. Together, this 40 minute workout will help you and your body burn calories and lose weight, because your body will start melting its fat deposits to provide energy for your muscles! 

Make sure that you do this on a regular basis though because your efforts will pay more that way. Include weekends when you exercise, don’t skip a day! I know weekends have a lazy feel to it but let’s try to change that. Instead, include this session to your routine and continue burning those calories!!
