Mornings are hard sometimes. You wake up and your body feels stiff and kind of heavy and you don’t even wanna get out of bed. This workout is for that. It’s just some simple moves for your belly and waist and to wake up your core a bit. Nothing fancy, nothing crazy, you can do it at home and it’s easy even if you’re a beginner or haven’t moved in a while.

Honestly, even doing a little makes you feel better. Like, you start moving and suddenly mornings aren’t as awful. It doesn’t matter if you skip some or do it half asleep, just showing up is enough. Doing this regularly actually adds up over time. Good luck and have fun! ❤️💪
