Thighs are a problem area for many overweight or obese people. Our body seems to prefer this area to store its fat deposits.
But just like other problem areas, we can get rid of thigh fat by doing effective body-weight exercises… at home!
In today’s workout on my Youtube channel we are going to perform various leg and thighs exercises to strengthen the muscles in that area and also burn fat layers that cover our thighs.
We’ll also be doing a few cardio exercises that will help our body to “switch gears” and burn even more calories.
