We all know good posture isn’t just for looking like a model, it actually does wonders for your body. Less neck pain, less back pain, fewer headaches. Who wouldn’t want that? Plus, bad posture can mess with your breathing and digestion. Let’s fix that today with this quick workout.
We’ll start with some easy moves like Cobra and Squats to get the blood flowing. Then, we’ll hit up some back-strengthening exercises like Bird Dog, Bridge, and Snow Angels to improve your posture. After that, we’ll shake things up with the core moves like Swing Backs, Heel Touches and Plank Slaps, your core’s going to feel it.
