How To Warm-Up With Exercises At Home

If I had a dollar for every time someone asked for a warm-up routine, I’d be living somewhere on a tropical beach by now 🙂

But in all honesty, pre-workout warm up plays very important, major role when it comes to fitness, working out at home and burning fat. By not providing a dedicated warm-up routine until now I feel like I did a massive disservice to all of you.

But starting from today, that is history. I now do have a special warm up routine, created using simple and very easy body-weight exercises, that are designed to get the blood flowing in your system and get the muscled stretched and prepared for a good work out.

And this is the purpose of any warm-up routine – to get your body prepared for exercise and avoid injuries made by intense physical effort.
