Often times we’re in a rush to drop a few kilograms, and we need a good exercise routine that will help us get exactly that.
The idea is to perform an workout that balances exercise time and rest time in such a way that it maximizes your calorie burn, by not allowing you too much time to rest.
This is how I created this workout.
Simple and easy to do, even at home – with no gym or additional equipment necessary.
Just press play and start doing the workout! Remember that you need to exercise everyday for 7 days to see results. Also, if you have energy left at the end of this routine – consider doing round 2, meaning do 2 sets in a row.
