As you know, weight loss and fat burn is a long process. It doesn’t happen overnight and you have to spend a lot of time exercising, training and working out.
This is all fine and I’m all for it – but what happens when you’re short on time and you don’t have the luxury of being able to work out for 1 hour everyday?
Luckily there’s a workout technique that you can apply to have almost the same fat burn results in a short time, as you would train for one hour in the gym.
It’s called HIIT.
And I’ve implemented this technique in my newest workout, which you can find below.
