So I cannot begin to tell you how many times I’ve been asked to create a Fast, Home Workout that will get you Abs…fast!

Before we get to the actual workout, please know that you, and me and everybody else already has Abs. Abs are just short for Abdominals. Every human being already has Abs muscles, naturally.

For the average person though, these Abdominal muscles are not really visible because they’re either covered by a layer of fat… or the actual muscles a pretty small. Or could be both cases!

In order to get our Abs muscles to be seen we need to drop our body fat and also make those Abs a little bigger.

I created this workout as an answer to everyone that wants to get that sexy Abs but is very short on time. Well here you go – a simple, 6 Minute workout to do at home that works your Abdominal muscles nicely.
