In today’s world, busy moms have very little time to get in shape and maintain their figure.

I received many requests for video trainings specifically for busy moms to do at home, where they don’t need any special equipment or gym weights.

My goal was to create an effective workout with simple body-weight exercises, that target our entire body but with an emphasis on the Abdominal muscles (where stubborn fat is more likely to accumulate).

The results is an effective home routine, that busy moms can perform in order to get in shape, get stronger, burn off some fat and get leaner.

Do the workout 4-5 days per week and you will start seeing good results in 3-4 weeks!
