Okay, this is not for the week ones!
Most of my workouts are done mostly for the average or beginner fitness level. Not too easy, but not too hard either. Workout that are effective and push you juuuust a little closer to the edge so that your body learns that it must change something.
But of course, there are people that are far more advanced in the fitness journey than the average person.
These people need a little more reps to challenge them, a little more intensity… a little more extreme!
And for them I have created today’s workout – an extreme version of a Weight Loss workout that will give you an incredible pump and good results in the long term!
